getcompactsketch block_hex "block_hex"

Gets hex representation of a proposed compact block sketch.
It is consumed by `consumecompactsketch.`

Arguments:
1. block_hex    (string, required) Hex serialized block proposal from `getnewblockhex`.

Result:
sketch      (string) The block serialized block sketch in hex
