createblindedaddress "address" "blinding_key"
Creates a blinded address using the provided blinding key.
Arguments:
1. address (string, required) The unblinded address to be blinded.
2. blinding_key (string, required) The blinding public key. This can be obtained for a given address using `validateaddress`.
Result:
"str" (string) The blinded address

Create a multisig address from 2 addresses
